Here's a colored version of the sketch I posted a while back. It's changed a bit... I started this little doodle in my sketchbook at least a year ago, and at the time it was just a couple of random guinea pigs having a grand old time with grapes. As I was inking the drawing, I realized that the piggies bore a striking resemblance, so the context of the drawing changed. The bigger guinea on the left is big brother Miso, the smaller pig on the right is little sister Pocky. Hidden in the shadows are father Ponzu and brother Shoyu, both of which passed away recently. More than anything this expresses my belief that those we have lost are still with us, if not in our same physical realm then in a spiritual manner.
